"Had terrible customer service here when I purchased plug in radiator was faulty. Was told it would be one week, 3 weeks and many calls later still hear nothing. I go in and demand to speak to someone in charge after 4 weeks. It has been sitting waiting for collection for "I don't know how long". No apologies, no offers to a radiator to replace the faulty one when it was being repaired. Whoever is running this place needs to wake up."
