"From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like we were the only people there. Friendly and fun yet serious about safety. Staff fits and places flotation devices in all customers. Signage is well marked. Staff accompanied group to lakeside and waited with them till all entered the water. The in water staff were present and visible at all times. I heard whistle being blown several times. Lol. When time was up everyone exited water before new group was allowed near the water. Again changing rooms and wet suit and floatation device receptacles were clearly marked and available."

"We had a fantastic time at West Lake Water Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the whole place is very well run. Toilets and picnic areas are available too. I would highly recommend a visit. If coming through Ballina, allow more time (maybe 25 mins) for your journey as there is a one way system in place on the bridge crossing the Shannon and traffic moves slowly."
