"The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Gary was to fit a small kitchen in our home. He said it would take 3 days, at most a week. It took an entire MONTH for him to finish the kitchen. 90% of the days during that month he didn't show up despite telling us he would be there that day. He didn't have the courtesy to ever explain why he didnt show up and when we would question him about it, he would make excuse after tiring excuse, completely unapologetically. We had unpacked everything in our kitchen thinking we would be inconvenienced for 3 days and ended up having to operate in a partially completed kitchen for the entire month - very frustrating and terrible treatment of a well-paying client. It absolutely sickens me I even have to give him 1 star, he is the worst around. Avoid at all costs!!!"
