"I would give this company negative stars if I could. Do not shop here. Con artists. a family member of mine has been told lie and lie about the status of their hot tub delivery since January, with yet another excuse coming in today. A friend of mine ordered a sauna room from the in September, never arrived, and now Kabana are ignoring all of their calls and emails and refuse to provide a refund. Be warned!!"

"Update: 4/1/2023 My father's tub has been fixed and his sauna was fitted before Christmas without charge.Brett who built everything worked extremely hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and was very helpful. Mostly We are very grateful to Tristan who was fantastic at keeping us updated on repairs and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process. Delighted my father can relax now and enjoy his purchases.Thank you very much Brett and Tristan. My father bought a sauna and hot tub from this company in March 2022. Its a shame i have to say this as i would never normally write a bad review but Unfortunately its been a very distressing and upsetting experience over all for him.The hot tub was delivered in October and within only a couple of uses the pumps broke just 2 weeks after delivery. The customer service has been very vague and to be honest filled with false promises.When asked about repairs or delivery of his sauna my father has received no support or satisfaction. Just again a quick phone call here or there saying it will arrive soon with no promising date.i really don't want anyone to go through the stress my father is currently going through as these are very expensive products and it seems he has made a very expensive and sadly unfortunte decision to buy from this company. I am sorry to have to say this publicly but i am so unhappy with how my father has been treated.i would certainly not recommend kaban lifestyle."

"Update 4/01/2023 Kabana reached out to my father after leaving this review . The Hot tube is repaired and is working correctly ,The sauna was delivered before Christmas and and was constructed free of charge due to the inconvenience caused. I would like to thank Tristan and Brett for sorting this issue so promptly and keeping my father constantly updated. My father purchased a hot tube and sauna in March 2022 he was given a timeline of June for delivery after many phone calls and empty promises the hot tube finally arrived in mid October with no Sauna . The hot tube broke after a week and it's still sits currently unrepaired and he still has no sauna? The after sales and communication with the company is shocking I would not be recomminng anyone buy from this company"

"I ordered and paid €5100.00 (50% down payment) for a cabin on the 31st May 2021 for delivery on the 1st week September 2021. As of today 10th January 2022 I have still not received it! My attempts to get clear delivery timelines from them have been met with vagueness and empty promises and I have heard nothing from any member of their team since early November! To say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement! Just to loop back on this review, the cabin has finally arrived and been installed, picture below. Brian, Diarmuid and Peter were a dream to deal with during the installation. As I said in my original review truthful communication is a must in business and that part of the experience was poor. The product is wonderful and we are looking forward to enjoying it into the future."

"Ordered a Beehive Pod from Kabana for dedicated home office given the changes to my workplace since the Pandemic. Although there were some hiccups to start with Kabana resolved everything for me. The team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, worked diligently on everything to get me the final product. Kabana are all about customer service and never hesitated in offering the best resolution and service. I absolutely love the space, the layout, the shape, all the wood is just beautiful....definitely perfect for a cozy home office along with some chillout space too! Everyone should have a Beehive POD :)"
