"Was travelling to a wedding in Kinsale from Belfast - a journey involving 3 buses. In a moment of supreme idiocy, I left my wedding suit on the bus and it happily went on a trip back to Belfast. Mild panic ensued when I got to Cork City and couldn't find a suit shop anywhere. Fortunately, I was pointed in the direction of Louis Copeland's Tailors. After popping in, I spoke to Alex and explained my predicament. After confirming my budget, he then took the time to find and fit me with an outfit which, if anything, was actually smarter and better looking than my own 3-piece wedding suit. He even managed to get it tailored and in my hands within 45 minutes. Fantastic service, great conversation, and went out of his way to make sure I was able to attend the wedding the next day in some top attire. Would absolutely use them again for the next time I leave my wits in Belfast and my suit on the bus! Could not recommend them enough. "Very disappointing visit. Had booked a Wedding Suit appointment and went with my partner. On the day of our appointment we were handed over to a totally different guy than we had booked with. He seemed only interested in selling us a Made to Measure suit. We had been considering this service but my partner also wanted to try on some different suits. We asked could we try on some different fits and colours of suits and were told that they wouldn't be the same as Made to Measure. We acknowledged that but wanted to see different types of suits as this was the first shop we were trying. He didn't seem interested in helping us at all. When we asked to try on suits we were told that he didn't have them in my partners size, even though he never measured him or asked his size. It stated that we were allocated an hour for the appointment and that it would be a dedicated one to one appointment but he started serving another gentleman during our appointment and seemed to be giving more attention to him over our appointment. My partner had only tried on two suits before the man told us that if weren't going to go with the Made to Measure then he had another man waiting on him downstairs. This was 20 mins into the appointment. Overall, it just seemed he had no interest in serving us and we were being rushed out the door. Very disappointing for a Grooms Suit appointment"
