"Returning item patrick st store lunch time 30th dec, ground floor. Served by v nice lad however he was unable to process returns & asked me to wait for Manager who was serving another customer next to me. Absolutely no problem with this. Manager finished with his customer, making no acknowledgement that I was waiting, even though he had been told, he took a phone call, called another member of staff & started discussing rosters, then walked off & last I saw of him was back of his tshirt 'Can I help u' !!!!!!"
