If i was reviewing the products i'd have given 5 stars, but i'm reviewing the shop itself, and unfortunately, if i could give it 0 stars i would. As i walked through the door, i was met with judgemental stares and looks of disgust. This was hugely offensive and actually affected my day. The woman stared at me as i looked around and i felt so uncomfortable and i ended up just leaving due to this. I have read other reviews and it seems i'm not the only one who has had this problem. I would not recommend this shop and would advise maybe buying online instead. The woman should not be working with the public and i am very disappointed with my experience!"
"I always find shopping at Silverwood to be a pleaseure - staff are friendly and helpful - especially for a husband purchasing for his wife! We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary next week and I went online to purchase an amber necklace and it arrived the following day with all the packaging, just as if I was after getting it from the shop. It was very easy and hopefully my wife will enjoy the piece, as she normally does. The pieces are very unique and you can purchase a statement piece or one for everyday use - the choice is endless! Highly recommend a visit when they re-open, you will not be sorry. We have been shopping in the Cork store for the last 10years or more!"
