"Spent thousands with this company and they repaid my custom by selling me a refurbished phone . They said it was mint + and by that I was supposed to know that it was refurbished . Neither the catalogue photo , the regular sales agent Tina nor her supervisor Tara told me the phone I was buying was refurbished. I had the phone protected with a military grade cover and with a glass screen protector, after two knocks the phone was wrote off as user damage and the area manager Liam refused to take any responsibility for what happened. I will never spend another cent with this company , they are an absolute disgrace. Liam also phoned me to ensure collection of a lawn mower that I took fresh out of the box, it had scratches all over the inside of the bar. Liam told me he'd " see what he could do " regarding the phone issue but as soon as the lawn mower was collected he told me there was nothing he could do. My advice is don't trust this company , shop elsewhere."
"My Wednesday caller pat is lovely... always up for a laugh and a giggle... But any electrical goods I've received had to be replaced?? My cooker isn't 12 months old and I'm afraid of it? Waiting on a call out...I don't want it in the house so he can be taken it with him .... It's one thing costing me money it's another thing costing me the life of my children...a microwave not even 6 months old caught fire while making popcorn... never to be replaced"

"My rep is horrible never texts me back or answers my calls I have to go through the agency myself for anything I want, it got so bad I just blocked his number and pay my account online, I'll be leaving as soon as its paid even contacted management and nothing changed.. I would have given no stars if possible not impressed at all and I've spent big money with them also"
