"I had my bike repaired in March. I turned to this service for two reasons: because the owner works with customer reviews, and when I arrived for the first time, I was consulted and inflated tires for free. When I could leave the bike, everything was done quickly and efficiently. After completing the work, I had a suggestion to make the prices more transparent (a price list on the website or something like that). However, I received an answer that it is very difficult to make a strict price list, and they estimate the real price by the time spent. I think that's right. For example, the masters did not lift the seat by a couple of centimeters due to the fact that one of the bolts rusted. At first glance, this is a simple job of lifting the seat, which costs 2-5 euros. But in my case, you can spend a whole day to drill it and, of course, it will cost much more. In general, I am very satisfied with the work done."

"Overpriced and the repaired joint(the exact part name eludes me) broke in less than a month. Given the amount of money I have spent at this shop over time for the poorest quality service I have seen I could have bought a new bike. Once I asked for an front LED replacement, the person is so lazy that he had not even removed the old LED light and the quality of the light was bad (cheap), next time it rained it started to glitch. The turnover time for each bike turnover is a week? They don't even do a tiny amount of extra work like maybe oiling the chain or even filling up air for the tyres complimentary when I ask for an expensive repair work and everything is an extra and they never ever have half the parts. Not recommended, was here cause was the only nearby one. Never again."
