"Kids neighbour broke window(oct 12th) supposedly called this guy, I wait a month hearing nothing, ring him up, says he called 6 times, never heard a knock a single time, give him my number and tell him to call me, another month goes by, every time I attempt to call him I get sent to forwards voice mail, I call dozens of times and leave several voice mails, I randomly get a call on thursday dec 22, I instantly answer, it disconnects immediately, I call back asap multiple times, everytime forwarded to voice mail. Can only assume he started blocking my number. Window not fixed."
