"Went pumpkin picking here in October after getting a recommendation from someone who did the sunflower picking. Had a great time, we got a pumpkin, rainbow carrots and potatoes also. They have a little shop too if you'd like to buy fresh produce etc. Food stalls there also if you want chips or crepes. Shoe cleaning hoses are providing but they water pressure is too high so you'll end up getting soaked unless you have wellies on. Speaking of, BRING WELLIES. We made the mistake of going in trainers and being a farm it was very muddy, our mistake. But don't underestimate how muddy it gets particularly after it rains. Overall fantastic, will be going back in the summer for the sunflowers and again next October for the pumpkins!"
"Hi, I booked on the 22nd of October thinking I had booked to go for the 23rd of October. I made a mistake and rang to see could I go on the 23rd in stead of today but Sandra said she could not amend my booking. Or nor could she put us in for a different day. I had a birthday party for the same time. I could not be in two places at once. And tickets are non refundable. €59 and could not change the day. My own mistake I know but when I rang Sandra to explain what happened she said she had to go and sort out the line of people she had there. A terrible experience. And down in money and disappointed children . Not amending a booking is absolutely not accomadating. And utter disappointment."
"Lovely place. Went today for sunflower picking in aid of the marymount hospice and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. It was lovely. Stunning views also."
"What a great spot!!!!! Had a great day. Was welcomed by a lovely lady, and onwards to the sunflower field! Amazing variety of sunflowers. Loads of colours to be seen. Wonderful spacious area with plenty of benches for the kids to run freely around. Joe was a delight to deal with. A really lovely experience. A definite for a treat of a day!"
