"Just outstanding customer service, every single time. Lowest prices by far and they only stock genuinely good quality items. Amongst the many reasons I always return to this company for online shopping is that they really care about each individual order. So many times I have received telephone calls from staff there thinking outside the box - example "I can see from your order you must have a little girl but you picked this in a grey/ blue/ black. We have it in pink, would you prefer that". I also note that they in no way upsell any product, really caring about you their customer. While I live the other side of the country and have never stepped foot in store, I will never shop anywhere else. Finally, they use DPD delivery service which has usually always meant next day delivery to my door. Can't rate Tralee nurseries high enough as the example for other businesses to follow."
