"I often shop in CH when I get home to Tralee and usually enjoy my experience. However when I went to the Estee lauder counter to get renutriv cream yesterday. I felt the person at the counter was rude, dismissive and unwilling to show me options when what I wanted was unavailable. After probing she told me the product was discontinued. I thought if CH had it I would not purchase it from her in any case. I got the product online from BT when I got home. Very disappointed."
