"The staff are very rude and the service is very slow. I waited for 35 minutes just to get a different size from the storage area. I would’ve left without having to wait but I need to exchange the shoes for a different size. And after all that they refused to return it. They don’t even follow their own return policy."

"Had a mean receptionist. The time for shoe size was took forever to get to me, but if you have some work clothes well too bad they will treat you like nothing. On the payment side was also took forever to get in line. Plus the alarm always up every 5min so be prepared for heartattack."

"Make sure you have plenty of time to spare if you want to shop here, as you will be waiting. However, it's not the floor staff members' fault - it felt understaffed when I was there, with only two of them expected to deal with all the customers in a fairly big area. It felt like there should have been at least four of them. The onus is on the management there."
