"Caroline was super friendly and did an excellent job on my acrylic nails. Definitely my go-to place for nails now."
"I’m very pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly and really listening when you are trying to describe what is you’re desired nail design. I love the outcome. Tools are clean and the salon is a very nice place. Walk in available! Defo recommend!"
"Will not be going back there again .My app was for 10 o Clock in the morning got there 5 mins before door was closed and the lights were off . I waited around for 5 mins in the rain was then joined by 2 other ladies waiting to go in Eventually at 10.10 I saw a light on at the back of the shop, a lady walked out towards the door turned the sign to open then turn and walked off to the back of the salon. We opened the door walked in with 2 staff members, waited for a further 5 mins to be asked what we were getting done . Not an apology or a reason as to why they were late opening . The girls doing the nails were nice but the lady that opened the door could seriously do with a course in Customer Service"
"My experience was awful. This was my first time getting my nails done so wasn’t too sure what to get my friend recommended for me to just get acrylic nails for a start with regular polish. The first thing when i walked in the lady wanted to give me a more expensive set and kept bugging me to do so. I agreed to acrylic gels as she was saying clients aren’t usually happy with the outcome of regular polish and acrylic so i payed extra €10 for that. I waited 25 minutes on the toe pedicure chair although i wasn’t getting my toes done. i was then sat at a regular chair and waited 15 mins for someone to do me . this means it was already 35-40 minutes into my “booked time” . After the fake nails were stuck on the nail lady disappeared and had to wait for a differsnt lady to paint them and put the acrylic on them which took another couple of minutes. None of the nail ladies talk to you or acknowledge you. This is enough of my salon experience, Let’s talk about the nails . I had the nails on for a little over 3 weeks and went to get them off at a differsnt place as i don’t live in cork. It took the lady 3 hours to take off this acrylic gel off my nails and after all the agony and pain of trying to get them off they were in shocking condition . the lady taking them off said they’re like a piece of cement on ur nails. soaked in acetone 1 hour and wouldn’t budge. ended up having to file with a drill to the ends of my nail beds which was not pleasant. Would never ever come back to this nail salon again . if your looking for cement house brick nails go for it !!"
