"My daughter saved all her money only to be talked out of, or rather bullied out of doing the colour of her choice. The result was so bad that she asked them to change it. She was in that chair for over 6 hrs and they blamed her for “changing her mind”which never happened. Her scalp was coming off in pieces at they refused to accept responsibility or refund the money for the disaster. We had doctors fees and treatment to pay for this awful work. And their customer interaction was awful. Even with photographs they accused us of lying. Never EVER would I recommend The Edge. Horrendous owner and management."

"This salon has the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in a salon with a beautiful back massage chair when having your hair washed, I had a perm done and also had it trimmed, with complimentary coffee and two procescos. The whole experience after not being to a hairdresser for over 6yrs was amazing, until I went to pay to for it. I’d already paid a €100 deposit and then was billed another €170 because I’d had treatments I didn’t know I was paying for and a trim which I didn’t know was extra. Albeit the salon is excellent and watched some wonderful transformations taking place just be careful not to be screwed with the eventual price"
