"I moved into a somewhat small property listed by Murray's in 2018, and my girlfriend and I were tenants until March 2020. To say that Alice Barry is an angel is an understatement. Whenever there was an issue, Alice was responsive and dilligent in providing a solution. We never had to wait more than 48 hours for a a repairman to arrive, and emails were generally replied to within hours. Over the phone and through email, Alice was so professional and empathetic, that it mitigated any negative emotion derived from the problems that did arise during those 18 months; albeit, problems were rare. And one final note: When I was searching for property back in 2018, Alice went above and beyond the call of duty to help secure my girlfriend and I an apartment. Thank you, Alice. "Rented from them one time.A shoe box is more spacious than some of what they provide. Even after the rent was paid i had the owners daughter calling to the property looking for money, no communication between them clearly. Thankfully i bought my own house elsewhere so renting from them again is permanently out of the question."
