"Have stayed in Deanshall Crosses Green from September 2019 to May 2022 (3 years). Every single time that I have gone down to reception, the receptionists had always been so blatantly rude and ignorant for absolutely no reason - seems like they hate their job. Got to the stage where me and my roomates would avoid ordering packages to Deanshall reception as we did not want to encounter the receptionists. As well as this, their on-site security guards are incredibly invasive and rude. A few of my roomates throughout the years were forced to find somewhere else to stay during their time at Deanshall after a night out because security would not let them into their apartments as they had lost their keycard/ID. Seems ludicrous to pay 6k a year and not be let into your own apartment…"

"Rachel is absolutely wonderful and catered to everything efficiently. Apartments are well stocked and serviced before arrival, with everything you'd need during your stay. Extremely grateful, particularly to Rachel who appears to run the entire place!"

"Good location and WIFI, bad policy’s felt like I was at boarding school more than college accommodation. No guests allowed when anything was going on. Even ended up on cork streets for a night when I said I’d pay the fine for my boyfriend of 5 years to stay on Christmas Day- and still had to pay the €50 fine. If you can stay anywhere else do. Asked for an exception to overnight guests due to a college ball I had purchased two tickets for and later discovered due to Jazz fest no guests were allowed and thus we’d have to book a hotel room as my partner wouldn’t be allowed to stay in the accommodation. One security guard was friendly, other was not and threatened to call the guards. Glad I’m out of there. Receptionists were mostly friendly, can’t fault the staff just the old fashioned policy’s. Rooms were exceptionally cold in the winter and had frequent problems with the shower. All in all it could be a very good student accommodation if revisions were made and it was more student focused and not so obviously in your face all about money."
