"The worst experience. I had recently been hospitalized because of ulcers in my guts. When I went to the pharmacy I was sick and in pain, I went to get the medicine the hospital prescribed me. They kicked me out of the store because "I couldn't be sick in there" even though I had a mask on. Didn't even offer to help or ask If I was ok. I had to sit on the street outside for more than 20 mins. I had to wait so much that afterwards I didn't have the strength to walk back home and had to call a friend to pick me up by car. Horrible, cold attitude from the staff."

"Would highly recommend Phelans Blackrock Hall. Had to visit Cork for a medical appointment and I needed to have the prescription filled. My local pharmacy in another county had issues with ordering items on the prescription. The prescription was time sensitive so I was worried. I contacted Phelans as it was close to my appointment location. Donna and Chris were really professional and helpful. Chris was able to fill the prescription at very short notice and was able to provide advice for future prescriptions."

"Phelans in Manon. Very helpful staff. Good for getting the old brain tablets as they have a good relationship with Blackrock Hall. Parking can be a problem outside and you have to park around the back in Aldi.. There is even a song about the place.. Phelans nothing more than Phelans, trying to forget my Phelans of love,, etc. Oh I must collect my brain tablets tomorrow."
