"I send a complaint about my experience in one of your pharmacy to be more precise, the pharmacy in bakers road, but looks like that no cares, so I decide to write down in google, like that everyone can see it and be aware. I have awful experience with one of your members of staff, was rude and unprofessional. I was trying to get medication for my daughter as she was sick, and the girl serving couldn't be more rude. the worst customer service I ever saw."

"My prescription wasn't in the pharmacy when I rang around 17:45 and I was told it would be there in the morning. I received a call from Helen around 18:00 to say it was there and being filled. Helen went and collected the prescription herself from the Doctors Surgery and brought it back to the pharmacy to be filled, on a very cold night evening I may add. This to me is the essence of what a pharmacy should be, kind and helpful the people who come to your door. Thank you again Helen and Phelans."

"Wouldn't give me my prescription yesterday, they said not due because I received 30 of each tablets last month. I counted 28 of each tablets. No meds last night or tonight until I see my doctor tomorrow which I don't have an appointment so Tuesday will be the earliest. These actions are disgusting as the staff wouldn't even entertain for my explanation. This pharmacy shouldn't be even allowed in this area if this is thier bismal excuse of customer service. I may have to ask friends for some of thier meds which weren't prescribed to get me through tonight and tomorrow night. Please people take heek of this message. I like to see the qualifications of the pharmacists employed here. Could not be up to scratch."
