"Like all pharmacies and not just this one, you do not have to talk about any medical issues you may have at the counter — especially in front of other people who may be in the shop. Too many pharmacies are getting into the habit of doctor/patient speak as they give you the prescription. And they may be absent minded about patient privacy.No wonder it takes so long to be served at times. Most pharmacies have a private consulting chamber, so if they want a quite word or are concerned.... Everything should be written on the label anyway. And if you are picking up a prescription for someone, ask them to write all instructions down on the label or give you a note regarding the medicine and do not be responsible for what might be complicated verbal instructions."
