"Ordered flowers for my partner on Valentine's Day. Never received the flowers. Owner said they had received my order, but that they don't cover the area it was being sent to. However, their website says nothing about them not delivering to my area. They said they've informed me about this on time via email, and refunded me my money. However, I never received this email stating so, because they manually typed my surname incorrectly and sent that email to the wrong address, even though they had my correct email address on record. Only correspondence I have received was a confirmation that I'll receive the flowers on Sunday. However, credit's due where it's due - I'm giving them 1 whole Star for managing to refund the order to the correct bank account, as I didn't have my hopes up for that!"
