"4 of us had the pleasure of staying at this B&B September 2011. Food was excellent, all homemade Traditional Irish food. We look forward to coming back!!"

"I have never left a review before but i felt i had to on this occassion. Really poor and expensive B&B, room smelled damp, mould on pillow, squished spider on bedsheets, clump of eyelashes in sink, dead fly in the shower. No Wi-Fi to speak of and to top it all off a large hair in my scrambled eggs. The owner seemed like a nice lady but it left a lot to be desired."

"Margret who owns the b&b was very helpful and could not have been more accommodating. She even gave us a later breakfast and drove us back to the wedding venue to collect our car the next morning."

""Beware of THE BOOK!" About 6 weeks before our trip, I emailed the owner to book in with her for one night, as we were attending a wedding in Castlemartyr. We sent 5 emails back and forth and confirmed my stay. On the morning of my reservation, I called to confirm what time we would be arriving but I was told there was no record of my reservation in her "book" and we would not be able to stay there. Terrible (and old-fashioned) management of reservations on her part so we were left scrambling to find accommodation for that night in an area with limited options."
