"This is reflection on the pharmacy not the actual store, very poor, after not being given full prescription I returned to be told by a girl behind counter that nothing could be done as after 14:25pm even though it was a mistake by staff, so now I have to go again using more fuel and more time, not a happy customer, id give 0 if possible"

No shopping trolleys available, I cannot walk round a big store unaided so "borrowed" a small trolley from M/s next door, however was told in no uncertain terms that I was not allowed in the store with the trolley ! Come on Boots, you cannot afford to turn away customers - get some small trolleys that we oldies/ disabled can use."
