Reviews
"3 staple items sold out. Eggs, garlic puree and Cravendale blue top in any size."
"Wouldn’t even give it a one. Staff are so rude and and always talk to each other when should be doing there jobs we was at self checkout for 5 mins waiting for someone to approve of red bull when they were all in a circle talking. And when I asked for someone to come over she was so so rude. Why work there if you clearly don’t like your job"
"There wasn't anything much on the shelves. A female member of staff was complaining to a male member of staff that she had to do some work that day. I really didn't want to hear it, it was horrible to listen to. There weren't any small trollies available at all but I ended up waiting at a trolley park on the carpark until I got one. Definitely not the best. My brother really liked the place when he went, I honestly can't say the same."
"The store is fine, smaller store but adequate for most people's needs. I went through the self check out to be quicker and one of my items needed to be authorised and the red light illuminated. Unfortunately the lady overseeing the self check outs was deep in conversation with another member of staff, it looked like a personal chit chat and she had her back to the customers. There were three red lights flashing, she still did not look round so I went to ask for help, telling her that we were all waiting. No apology, she clicked all the correct buttons quickly then immediately resumed her chat with her colleague with her back to her customers. Very poor customer service, I was not impressed, I have had far better service than this at other Asda stores."
"Medium size supermarket. Not too large & not too small. Variety of fresh produce and products. Plenty of free car parking spaces. Staff are polite. 5 stars!!!"
