"My Goldie has been going to the Shrewsbury branch for 5 years, the girls had been the only ones to be able to clip her nails. I went on Friday, it was a different set of groomer's. On collection the girl said my dog had been really good, but from now on I would have to pay for 2 groomers as she's really dangerous to bath and clip...my 8 yr old hasn't a mean bone in her body. God knows how they treated her for them to make that remark . I will no longer recommend to my friends and I will never take her back there."
"I cannot tell you how disappointed and heartbroken I am to have my 6 month cockapoo back half trimmed, his coat in patches, his head fur left long and paws unfinished, because he was too stressed for one groomer to do the job. When I booked my dog in, I asked questions and was reassured that everything would be fine, that they are used to dealing with all temperaments. I have asked for a full refund but was denied this, saying I had to pay for the wash and brush. I am utterly disappointed and completely heartbroken to have my dog returned in this manner. Never again."

"Disappointing customer service & poor attitude. I have been to this salon for over 2years. I had contacted them on Wednesday to see if I could change my dog appointment due to me & my husband having our second covid jabs as I was concerned we may be a little late with traffic. I spoke to one of the employees and advised the situation, they advised next appointment was end of July. I said I would do my very best as I didn’t want to lose either appointment (I accept clash was on my error but given the fact I not usually late in 2years!). My husband arrived 14mins late & was told we could not have any of our appointment & they did not recall having any conversation! Basically, saying we had made it up?! I rang back gave the time as it was in my mobile phone & stated I did not catch person name (it has only got to be one of two). I said I normally book 2hours slot for £43 however they never use 2hour, which she said they adjust to 90mins but there is no reduction in cost? In fact more often than not it’s less than 90minutes. I won’t be returning, I know it doesn’t matter to them it’s not their business, but it’s out of principle for me. I can’t say the groom is amazing I always ask for a false skirt which they don’t know what it is. It’s just convenience that I’ve used them if I’m honest. As said not their fault but given a repeat customer on one occasion for a covid jab it’s extenuating circumstances?! They kept my deposit as well as they said we didn’t turn up!!!"
"Awful experience, when presented with a voucher was nearly declined service as I was 20 minutes late to the appointment due to a traffic jam. I asked if I could still have whatever was possible done, as they still had 1 hour 40 left until the next appointment. They only did shampoo and did not fully dry, clipped one nail and I was called after 1 hour. The remaining 40 minutes the service could have been completed. This was my second visit coming from Telford saying that I had booked the wrong day. I had tried calling to say there was traffic and I was running late, using the number given from Google, no answer. I showed the staff the phone calls and was told that it was the wrong number. Very disappointed."
