"Absolutely love this field, the pure enjoyment on my dog's faces says it all. It's got lots for them to do and explore safely. I have a reactive dog who is nervous of people but she totally relaxes here and has a great time. The layout is amazing with clear signs indicating how to enjoy the field safely and the expectations are clear from the outset. The induction process was amazing and if everyone uses the field responsibly it'll be a real treasure for dogs and owners."
"By far the best dog boarding/sitting I have ever experienced. Emma goes above and beyond in every way and I feel so happy to know my little dog is having the best time at Shawbury Paws. Emma reassures me with lots of pictures and pupdates and I know Biscuit feels totally at home with you guys - thank you! "I can't really put into words how relieved I am to have found boarding for my young dog where I feel thoroughly reassured & comfortable leaving him. Emma is super & made both myself & my dog feel at ease. The boarding is a home-from-home set up & the outdoor space in both the garden & paddock is secure with lots enrichment activities for the dogs to enjoy! The whole service is very professional & included an initial meet & greet, completing a comprehensive form of the dog's details, & excellent communication beforehand & during the stay. It is great to have updates throughout the stay which included pictures & videos along with a report card to summarise my dog's behaviour! I have total confidence in leaving my dog here. He has come home happy, relaxed & healthy & I would recommend Shawbury Paws to anyone wanting their dog to have a loving boarding experience. It is very clear to see that Emma takes care of boarders like her own."
"Finding somewhere for our puppy Rocco to stay while we went on holiday proved much more difficult than we though it would be, but then we met Emma and Ted and our search was over. From my very first contact with Emma I felt completely comfortable, Emma was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Following a successful meet and greet I was absolutely sure that Shawbury Paws was the best possible place for my boy's first mini holiday and I was not disappointed. Despite leaving him for the first time we were made to feel completely at ease when we left and I was completely confident that he was in the best possible hands. However, nothing prepared me for the love, care, time and attention that Emma and Ted showed to Rocco throughout his stay. Rocco was made to feel comfortable and happy and Emma even spent time doing a little training with him and photographing our beautiful boy. We received regular messages and videos of Rocco having fun which was really reassuring and so lovely to see him so happy, it allowed us to enjoy our holiday with no worries about him at all. When we collected Rocco we were given a full lowdown of his stay as well as a report card and gift for Rocco which was such a lovely touch. I really cant recommend Emma highly enough, Rocco cant wait to visit again soon. "We are very particular of who looks after our little girl and had struggled to find someone local who we felt comfortable leaving her with. The whole process with Emma has been amazing from start to finish! A meet & greet was arranged and Lottie took to Emma straight away, the premises are amazing and Lottie had a ball in the play area. We booked her for a night to see how she got on. We got lots of photos and videos of her happy and playing. When we came to collect her she was in two minds about leaving her play mate Ted behind! She had clearly had a great day with them both. We already have 3 more dates in the diary"
