"If my dog is happy then I'm happy, lovely people on reception and great friendly vet service. I would advise on going for the pet plan as we save saved loads, plus discount on toys and food! Wouldn't go anywhere else!"
"I joined the practice with high hopes only to receive lectures on how to look after my animals on every visit. When I raised my concern about being lectured on my pets welfare, was dealt with very unprofessionally by the veterinary nurse 'Lisa'. Apparently they were giving me advice, but in my experience advice is asked for not given with interrogation on a routine visit. I emailed the owner Steve Leonard and his attitude was unusual for a very educated veterinary practicioneer, I was called abusive and told I will not be welcomed back to the practice unless I make a frank apology to the staff member. there will be no apology on my part and I won't be revisiting. Also my 3 years old female dog was looked at by Mr Leonard when she had a limp and I was told she has knee dysplasia and there would be a cost of £4000+ for a operation to correct this, my dog has been seen by another vet who could not find fault with her knees this is also a huge concern."
"I came to stay in Shropshire with my 7 month old Persian kitten that had just been spayed. Unfortunately Coco had lost her appetite so I took her to the Leonard’s practice in Whitchurch. The reception and nursing staff were so kind and Steve Leonard was very patient and informative with Coco. I loved that they called two days later to see how she was. Much better than my local London vets. Thanks to the team for their care and help!"
"Very friendly staff and brilliant vets. They took there time to talk with us about our dog and gave is all sort of info to make sure our puppy is well taken care off. 24/7 available per phone for questions and/or emergencies. We been several times and our now 9 months old still goes in wagging her tail. Would highly recommend to anyone"
"Very pleased with recent surgery and post op physio for my Labrador, Honey. Really good service. And now, a few months on, very positive outcome from the surgery and much appreciated ongoing care."
