"Please finally get rid of that rude small Asian women, she been treating customers rudely and abruptly for years. Lying making up excuses to send customers away because a package is to big, (a trainer box). Saying we no longer have the product available but if you ask another staff member they will get it for you. Just please finally get rid of her now."
"Waited 10 minutes to send a parcel with no queue. This was just waiting for someone to actually come and serve me at the post office. The postman collecting was also left waiting and they were dealt with first, meaning I couldn’t get my parcel sent that day when I was in time. No apologies for being made to wait so long. Will avoid ever using the post office here again if I can help it."
"One of my local co-ops mostly visit in the mornings before I start work, the store has everything I need and is open early the problem is the staff especially the older asian lady so rude and her customer service is terrible. Staff could do with some customer service training to say the least"
