"Quite a big charity shop, with the usual variety of secondhand products however they stock lots of furniture and electricals too. The furniture is cheap and cheerful which is great for someone starting out in their first home. Especially as they offer a delivery service too! All of the staff including the delivery drivers are polite and extremely helpful."
"Overpriced. Rude staff. Everything is to much to ask. Constant harassment towards closing time. Bad overall atmosphere. Terrible attitude and frankly lazy approach. Have an honest word with yourselves."
"Well the roof did not leak. So there is a faint chance that they may well be able to sell some stock that is not water logged. And based on that they should be able to do quite well. After all it is all for a good cause."
"Today is the first time I've been in there and the staff have been present and helpful. I've had to wait at the till while staff have stood there, ignoring me, gossiping about another member of staff and being rude. When you do get to the till it's usually bare minimum communication. Today they actually helped with a tape measure and delivery query. Very nice. It may have changed my mind about coming in here more regularly. It is overpriced mind you. I know it's a charity and appreciate that but, people shop in charity shops because they like a bargain, a thrifty and perhaps don't have alot of money themselves, and yet the prices don't reflect this. It's my least favourite charity shop to visit but at least the staff were friendly today. If you have a buggy, forget about it."
"Overpriced - considering they get the stock for free. They might actually make some money for the charity and shift some stock if they were a bit more realistic with their prices. Saw a sofa in there for £300 - who are they kidding?"
