"As you can see from these photos the difference in cuts. The first one was done by another groomers and the second one by Lucy. When we initially took Elliot to the first groomers we found after a couple of times he was scared to go in. The groom only took an hour but us been new to owning a dog thought this was ok. When we went to pick Elliot up one day we looked through the window to find Elliot in a muzzle. Elliot has never been aggressive! When we got him home we noticed blood on his fur, he had been cut by the scissors under his armpit. Thank god we found Lucy. Lucy introduced our boy to scissors very slowly and patiently. Elliot would just go for an hour have a bath and get used to been around all the equipment. We have used Lucy for a number of years and would never use anyone else. Elliot loves her and so do we."
