"Wolds vets lied to us about our cat needing surgery, they told us she had a broken pelvis, they said she needed a screw putting in to put it back together as it had totally come apart, philip said it was sacroiliac luxation on left side, after I asked to see the x-rays they changed their story very quickly as there was no break at all, they were lying. They were going to give our poor cat unnecessary surgery costing £2500. When confronted about this they were very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they were brilliant when they first opened but now they are just greedy and ripping people off. We have reported them to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. We have now moved all our animals to another vets who is absolutely fantastic and no where near as expensive as wolds. When I put in a complaint the duty practice manager was extremely rude and called me a liar, she claimed to of listened to the calls but there is no way she has listened to them all or she's lying, after telling her I'd moved our cats to another vets she said we had to leave wolds!!! We already had left! So unprofessional. My other cat went repeatedly to wolds for a problem with his eyes, it took them years to diagnose him, they kept giving us the same medication over and over charging us a fortune every other month for years which was doing nothing, putting my cat through traumatic experiences every time. When a different vet finally did a swab of his eye they found the real cause, I believe they Just kept giving us medication to get more and more money out of us. Please avoid this vets Their response below is untrue..."

"Just blown away by this team of amazing people. My gorgeous girl is getting on a little (nearly 13 years young) and she snapped her crutiate ligament. Philip saw her the same day and talked through the options available to her. He made sure we understood each option and the risks/benefits. We opted for surgery and WOW what an impressive result. Could not have hoped for a more perfect outcome!! She has recovered amazingly and is truly back on form. Thank you all from the very bottom of all of our hearts!!!"
