"Came for an overnight stay as we had booked in for the murder mystery evening with three course meal. This was our second visit here. The first time we stayed in the older part of the hotel and it was a beautiful large room with period furniture and four poster bed, on this latest stay we were in the newer part and whilst the room was definitely clean and had everything we needed, it was more modern and not so big. Not disap with either but preferred the older part of the castle. Lovely meals and good breakfast with plenty of choice to suit everyone, we enjoyed a cooked breakfast after a nice visit to the spa in the morning."
"Had the most amazing relaxing time. Our son and partner bought us the health spa break as a Christmas gift. It's something we have never been to before. We had the best time and made use of all the facilities available. The meals were amazing too and staff were friendly."
"We stayed here with friends for a birthday. The bedrooms were a little tired, however they had everything we needed, were warm, great showers, clean and dog friendly. The staff at the hotel is amazing. Two members in particular stood out, the very tall fair lady working in The Courtyard and the lady with dark hair who did breakfasts in The Courtyard. They were helpful beyond belief and are a true credit to you. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner in The Courtyard. The communal areas are lovely for relaxing, as is the pool and gym. It's in a nice area where you can walk to pubs and coffee shops. Perfect for a family get together."
"I decided to stay at Cave Castle as I was working in the local area and so glad I did, for the same price as a soulless chain hotel, you can stay in a CASTLE! Friendly staff, lovely room, great health suite and pool, I came mid week so it was quiet, breakfast was buffet and very tasty and rooms were comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed. I'd highly recommend checking this place out, plan on coming back with my wife for a couple of nights, so glad I booked it."
"Stayed for 2 nights for my brothers wedding at Little Wolds Vineyard close by. Excellent location, beautiful grounds and lovely building. We did not use the leisure facilities, but popped down and looked fine for what we would need. Breakfast was lovely. Nice continental with fresh fruit. Juices from carton, but good quality. Nice tea and coffee. (No cream with coffee. ) Reasonable quality cooked produce and pastries. Set me up for the day until I had tea around 4:30. That was at a local pub (Fox and Coney, 15 minute slow walk and excellent food.) Wonderful staff. Very little I disliked. If I had to it would be the room was dated, but reflects price. I did not have an evening meal as the smell from the fans when walking through the hall at night put me off a little."
