"On holiday when my fur baby slipped on the holiday cottage wood floor and couldn't walk. Rang them up and had a appointment within half a hour. The service we received was second to none. Met at the door by both the vet and assistant. Very freindly and I felt at ease straight away. Everything was explained to me in layman terms and I felt they were very professional and helpful from start to finish. Bella was treated with a lot of care which put her at ease too .
