"Usually shopping in Southsea I've always found H&B staff really helpful. Waterlooville on the other hand are a joke. Dragging the assistant away from her chat from a socialising CPO she pointed to the shelf where the items were displayed and promptly continued her conversation. Rubbish first and last visit !!!"

"This is a difficult post to write. I went into my local H&B to buy some muesli and the labelling on the shelf was confusing in that it wasn't certain whether it was on offer or not. It turned out it wasn't but the assistant who went to look agreed that I could have the item as if it was which I was very happy about. However, the assistant behind the till, who I've encountered before, doesn't seem to want to be particularly helpful to the point of appearing rude. She is very short with the customers and gives the impression she doesn't want to be serving them. I wouldn't have bothered to comment but received an email asking for my honest opinion."
