"I was a little disappointed with Whirlwind. I booked them to do a general clean of my house on a Saturday at 1.30pm. At noon I got a message from Sam asking if they could arrive at 12.30 but I couldn't accommodate that so I suggested 1pm instead. She then text me and asked me if she could rearrange the clean to the Monday. I said no as I needed it done today to which she replied that she would be there at 1pm. At 1.15pm she had not arrived so I text to make sure everything was ok which is when she told me she had hit a pothole, ruined her front tyre and was waiting for the AA. Call me cynical, but it was very coincidental that firstly she wanted to come earlier, secondly she wanted to re arrange for another day and then suddenly she had damaged her car. Not wanting to be messed around any further (I could see it going that way - I know thr AA can take hours sometimes to come out!!!) I cancelled the booking. Another cleaning company got my money that day and for £15.00 cheaper too. I would be giving NO STARS if I could."
