"After doing a poor job with my end-of-tenancy cleaning I was told that a re-clean would be provided. The cleaners never showed up despite the company insisting that they had. I was not able to get my full deposit back from my landlord due to how bad the cleaning was. Eventually the company agreed to provide a partial refund, but it has been several weeks and I still haven't received the payment. The quality of cleaning and the customer service have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company. I've attached some photos showing how dirty the house was after the cleaning."

A team of 3 arrived punctually, did a very though job of deep cleaning after building works and really did manage to clear the dust from the whole house including innumerable books as well as cleaning carpets.
