"Outstanding communications, Outstanding technical expertise and capability, Outstanding service. My Alpine CD/tuner head unit has served me well for 25 years, but started malfunctioning. Firstly, I was astonished that Dtronix confidently accepted the vintage unit for appraisal. I was even more impressed when they managed to diagnose ALL of the problems and quote a very reasonable price to repair the considerable number of faults and recondition other worn components. The head unit is back in my car now, looking and working like new, and I'm as thrilled with it as the day I first bought it. I will not hesitate to send the unit back to Dinker and his team at Dtronix should it ever play-up again, but I very much doubt that will ever be necessary."
