And even though Currys should have supported me, the engineer still helped solve my issue and also cleared up how Samsung miss-identify TV to sound bar comms as using Bluetooth but you actually need to select TV connectivity rather than Bluetooth from the soundbar menu. Showing their expert product knowledge! Excellent service and saved me lots of time and hassle trying to chase this though Currys poor support lines. Would strongly recommend. Thanks JF!!"
