"I needed to take the time to sit and write a review about my experience with island jewlers, I made contact with them regarding me wanting to purchase an engagement ring , I had no idea what type I wanted etc but I spoke to a lovely lady called Louise she totally went above and beyond To help me out,even sending me pictures of the rings In my budget to help me choose , It goes without saying i was only too happy to come to the shop today and make a purchase let's just hope she says yes I need to say that this young lady was profesional friendly very helpfull and is a real asset to your buisness .I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to make the effort Many thanks"

"Five star service from start to end. I had the children with me so no time to browse. I gave Louise the details of the chain and pendant I wanted. She checked all shops they run and found not only what I was looking for initially, but extra too! Three items later, paid over the phone, first class shipping and all pieces were with me by the next day. After 5 years of wanting these it’s safe to say I’m one very happy customer! Will be back next time I’m over the island ♥️"

I had a ring measurement wrong, thankfully myself and my partner are the same size and the owner correctly measured my ring size by sight, adjusted the ring I wanted for a very reasonable rate and, a month after purchasing, replaced one of the stones that had fallen out on the first day of her wearing it for free. Highly recommended!"

"I've never really been one to wear jewellery, but I spotted a ring in the window that I really liked the look of. Tried it on inside and was treated to great service. Ever since then I've bought a couple of rings from there, had to have them resized due to fat fingers, but the resizing was always done perfectly and again, very great service. I bought a madonna necklace around 2 months ago, and unfortunately the chain broke, I came back to the shop and I bought a second chain and was even offered a slightly reduced price since I'd previously bought the necklace and chain! If that's not fantastic customer service, I don't know what is. I recently had to buy another chain - I'd like to stress this is in no way a reflection of quality, I broke it to due to my own clumsiness and was again treated very kindly. This is the only place I'll go to buy rings/necklaces, for myself or others, simply to due to great quality, great prices and great service from the lovely staff. Cannot rate highly enough."
