"Been to many jewellers in my time found them a bit unfriendly not sure if it was a new staff member and some jewellery over priced had to bargain for a better price, ashame would love to work with them for my business."

"brought my ring in to resize it, they said that the tiny gems might pop out since it's 5 sizes too big but they told us that they could do it. I was ok with it, we can just get them reset. waited a week, which is the time they quoted us, and called them (yesterday). they said that they won't resize it for us. then we go to pick it up, and they were closed 15 minutes early. we just wanted to pick it up and had even told them an hour prior that we were coming. walked 25 minutes there for nothing. went this morning insead to pick it up since we have to go out of town and didn't want to leave it there, and the interaction was awkward and silent."

I should have read the reviews about them ripping you off before going in. I was sorry we weren't ready to buy that day because their selection is great and the ring she chose for my fiancé to try was actually a spot-on choice based on his style! Definitely worth a visit."
