"they ruined our engagement. 3 weeks after buying the ring which would be made in 8 weeks they called us to say it wasn't going to be made (3 weeks!!!). My partner had already booked the engagement so lost out on that money too. We were never told it wasn't guaranteed. They never followed the complaints procedure. The lady from Head office was rude and called me a liar. Don't bother wasting your money here. These people are literally bottom feeders. I am so disgusted and they really need to take a good look as to why they are trading if they don't care about the customers. More of a joke shop than a jewellery shop if you ask me!!! Would give 0 stars if I could"

"My lady and I went ring shopping. We went to a few places, here won out due to stock and staff being friendly and easy to talk to. Bought two rings, neither were right size (but I stress that we knew that, we wanted things that are unusual, that's what we got), took them back to resize and rings came back in the expected time frame! We are over the moon with our rings. I can commend the staff (all of them) for being knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Well done you ladies!"

"Do not buy anything if you are uncertain or if it is a gift they do not do refunds. Appalling service. Cheap jewellery. Update after using my credit note (as I said no refunds) I was given my change of 1p as a credit note! What does that tell me about the sort of people that own the business! I would rather my 1p of gone to charity. I will never shop here ever again."
