"We returned from nearly 4 weeks in Australia yesterday to 3 very happy healthy cats. It was a long time to leave our very loved kitties but having had Rachel look after them before we knew they would be well looked after. It's so lovely to have complete confidence and trust that someone will look after your house and cats as if they were their own. She went above and beyond for all of our pets while we were away - even coping recalcitrant guinea pigs who did not want to come out of their runs! Nothing was too much trouble and she really took the time to learn all the idiosyncrasies of our cat and pigs so that she could give them the best care. Her love of animals really shines through.
