"We wanted to specifically buy a mini lop male bunny rabbit. We had a good selection and when I took the rabbit for a check up with a view to a castration procedure, the vet indicated that he might be a 'she' but wasn't sure. 3 months later, our rabbit was not settling down, being destructive, moody, uncorporative and needing 100% supervision that we decided to give him up to a rescue centre. They informed us that he was in fact a 'she' and not a min lop!! Unbelievable that the store can tell us lies on 2 fundamental things where we were sold a rabbit that we weren't intending to purchase!"

He is already exploring and coming to say hello to us and we’ve only had him a couple hours, they bring up their live stock so well and I’m so impressed by how happy and healthy our hamster is. "Update March 22: Still very happy with this shop and take my guinea here for his grooming and boarding. Staff are very helpful and I trust them with my pet. Even now I've moved out of the area I still bring my guineas here to be groomed. Very knowledgable and friendly. They never mind me loitering to look at the baby animals they have for sale! Very happy with their covid restrictions too"
