"Booked a taxi at 2:45 to be picked up at 3 to get to a doctor's appointment at 3:30, operator asked if I could be picked up sooner because of school run I said that was fine. I paid in advance and requested an estate car as I have a wheelchair, taxi never turned up was never booked they twice offerered to send another cat but it was already too late. The automated voice told me no car had been ordered, then it was 3 minutes away, then back to no taxi ordered"

"I booked a taxi using the app the night before as I had a hospital appointment at 8:30 am. I booked the taxi for 8am as I couldn't leave before my son had been picked up for school. The app confirmed my booking but by 8:12 I was still waiting and the automated phone service said it was still looking for a driver. I called the service and they said they were booked up until 9 and I'd have to wait. What is the point of booking if they're full? You should be told when you book that the slot isn't available, not that you are booked in. Unhelpful and unprofessional. Reluctant to use them again."
"I have been a regular client of this private hire company for a couple of years now, but honestly after a continuous accidents, today I have had enough. As an other clustomer mentioned below, I can confirm that when there is problems with the service, it is always the customer's fault, they put the blame on the customer for whatever goes wrong, without even be willing to hear what exactly the problem is. Today I was told by the operator - Oh, I have so many calls to answer, bye. At 7.45am today I booker a taxi for 8.45am to be picked up. This is a regular trip I book it as it is from home to my work. I was confirmed over the phone that the booking in confirmed. When a taxi didn't not appear until 8.50am, I called the operator and the lady called Mandy explained to me that she sees there is taxi on the way however she can not say how long is the waiting time. As any of you knows, this is always available to be seen if a driver has picked up the route. Once I hanged up the phone with Mandy, I received massage with a tracking link which means automatically that if I didn't call them I would wait for a taxi forever. Anyway I canceled the booking because I had to wait 45min more than my scheduled time. Unfortunately I am moving to another taxi company, after 3 years of regularly using this services, and spending about £250 per week. I have tried to ask for an alternative option to make a complain before goes to the public as now, however the operators did not want to provide me with any."
