"I do not normally use taxi service but today I had too. The service was excellent the driver turned up 10 minutes before the time I’ve booked. He was friendly, very chatty and he had good manners. If I have I will use magnum again, especially this driver."

"I have been using Magnum for a little while now but I need to write this review after the service I've been receiving these last 2 weeks. I broke my hip 2 weeks ago and am now on crutches. I have been to a lot of hospital appointments and every driver that has taken me to or from the hospital has been absolutely amazing! They can't do enough to help me, they make sure I don't struggle to get in and out of the taxi and that my crutches are safe too. The drivers are always friendly and courteous and are always up for a nice chat! I've had a laugh with the odd driver here and there and they are all so polite. As a Uni student, I half expect them to take longer routes for more pay as I don't know the area too well butt hey are always taking the fastest and safest route on the day taking traffic and roadworks into consideration so that I don't miss my appointments. I always tip my driver because of the service but I wanted to do more, so I thought I would pop a review here so everyone can see just how amazing the staff are. Thank you Magnum"

"I am a regular customer with Magnum, and use countless taxis. Only with the odd lateness. Which is to be expected from time to time with Road works and premium times. I can only say Magnum do their utmost to give me a reliable service. Most drivers are extremely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the service. I even left my phone in the car, and the driver bought it back to where he had dropped me off. Amazing! The automated service can be a bit frustrating, but an operator is always available if struggling. Thank you magnum. All the best in 2023"

"Charged £7 plus for a journey that normally cost around £4.50 at most. Indeed, that's how much I paid on the return journey with my usual company. Magnum were called in error, due to putting themselves at the top of a quick Google search. Extraordinarily, scenic route. Will not be using again"

"We booked a taxi and it was on time, friendly , speedy and well priced and it fitted a wheelchair in, but this time as they did not listen ,when i told them it had to be an estate or an MPV, the wheelchair had to go in the car on top of one of the passengers as the car was a saloon, Apart from that I would recommend them"
