"It would be remiss of me if I did not comment on how impressed I have been with Alan and his team at Hanna Properties. I am a Landlord with a number of properties. I used to manage all my own properties, but ill-health and increasingly complex legislation is now making it more difficult for me to do. A number of items in the property I handed over to Hanna Properties needed attention. All the work was done by Alan and his team to bring the property up to a better standard. When the property as advertised there were 50 enquiries, more than I have ever had before, from which a short list of 5 were selected. The Rent Alan was able to secure minus the Management Fee was more than I was getting when I managed the property myself, so effectively it is costing me nothing to have Hanna Properties manage my property.
