After over one year and lots of excuses they finally decided to do something about it. They painted the wall. Will not recommend or rent from them again."

Rang to view a property today and was asked if I'm on housing benefit which I would be claiming... she put me on hold and when she came back on the phone said i didn't qualify for the property when I ask if it was because id be on DSS she told that she thought it would be too much for me !!! She didn't even ask what I get a month to even judge wether I can afford it or not, the next excuse after I told her I had the money to cover everything was that the housing claim would take to long 14weeks apparently but when I looked online it says 14 days so a different excuse was used why I couldn't apply, apparently the landlord was in the office and didn't want to accept DSS at all on the property although there is no mention of this on the listing on Zoopla! Very judgmental and quite frankly very rude if you claim benefits! Will never use this estate agents again and will be urging other people not to either! Very very rude staff... avoid !!!!!!!"
