"The worst customer experience, I had dealing with a woman who said she was the owner of Crestlets, in the car park she opened my car door and demanded my girlfriend(passenger/not insured) to move the car so she could get parked when there was another 5 parking spaces, I then confronted the woman about how this is not an acceptable way to speak to someone, she then started talking down to me in such a disrespectful and condescending manor; all over a parking spot and then proceeded to threaten the police on me. Overall a very horrible experience with the owner and would not recommend anyone to Crestlets after this."
