"I used ERC for a trip from Heathrow to Southampton University, after the flight I had originally planned to take into Southampton was cancelled (due to FlyBe collapsing). The driver was already waiting when I came through arrivals, even though my flight arrived early and I only had hand luggage, so we were on our way within minutes. We had an enjoyable conversation on our way south and the car (a Skoda estate) was comfortable and clean. All in all an excellent experience."
"Amazing service. I booked English Rose to take myself and my husband to LHR on 27th June and pick up on 23rd July 2019. I must say how brilliant the company is. Our driver arrived in good time on 27th June, the car was clean and tidy, we had complimentary wifi, water and mints. Our driver was very efficient and professional and very friendly. On 23rd July, Jeremy was our driver meeting us at the airport. He texted me on our arrival stating where he was located. Again he was excellent, very friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. In addition to providing a competitive price for return travel to LHR, the company and staff are excellent. If we travel again, I would definitely be in touch with English Rose to take us to the airport. First class company."

"We've used English Rose Collection several times now, for local cruise port transfers and longer airport transfers. In each and every case the service has been excellent, so we're going to keep right on using them."
"I've used then a few tubes, but won't we using them again. On one journey, his went to the wrong road for a pickup because he put completely the wrong road on his satnav, then his trial version of his satnav expired so he had to do an emergency stop on the slip road coming off the motorway to load some new software. On returning, he ignored the drop off plan, picking the middle stop first and was then planning on zigzagging the entire length of the M27 to the extent that the last pair got out at the first stop and good a separate taxi home! The driving was pretty poor, but at least the cars were clean. No water either, so after a long flight you just sit parched in the back"
